We can only accept prescription requests over the phone if you are over 75, housebound or terminally ill.
There are 3 options for you to continue ordering your prescriptions if you are not in this group.
1 You can download the NHS App onto your phone. This allows you to self-ID and you can then order prescriptions on-line directly via the App.
2 You can contact the surgery with ID and you can be signed into the surgery on-line service. This allows you to order prescriptions on-line.
3 Drop the right hand side part of your prescription into the box in the foyer at the practice, or leave us a note – provided it has your name, date of birth and your requested items on it we will action it.
There is a 2 working day turnaround from our receiving your request to your pharmacy being able to issue them. Please order your prescriptions in time.
