We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients. If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be given a warning that their behaviour must change. If they persist, the Practice may exercise it’s right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients.
Serious violent or threatening behaviour will result in the practice requesting a police incident number and patients can be removed to the Special Allocation Practice which is in Hartlepool.
