It is with great regret we have to inform you that this service will no longer be provided by the practice on practice premises from 1st April. This was not our decision. We wanted to continue to run the service for our patients but the decision was taken out of our hands by the Integrated Care Board. The service will now be run by a company called IntraHealth and the list of venues are below.
If you have an appointment up to and including 31st March then please attend as usual. IntraHealth with be in touch with you to advise of the arrangements from 1st April.
