Please note that from 1st February 2023 if you have access to either the surgery App or the NHS App you will be able to see your test results online without the need to ring the practice. You do not need to request this access, it is automatic. You are also able to see anything written in your notes from that date.
If you do not have access to either App then please telephone the main surgery number 01642 613331 Monday to Friday for your result.
To ensure patient confidentiality, we only release results to the patient, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
